Ai-Dealer Fee Summary
As in any business arrangement, the terms of purchase must reflect mutual agreement on the answers to the following questions:

What is the "value provided" of the product relative to the expenditure required to acquire it?

What is the buyer's comfort with respect to the relationship between the expenditure and its expected return?
The value innovation of the Ai-Dealer system arises from three factors:

By being able to market "The ONLY complete online shopping experience." We are usually not in a big hurry to add a second dealer of the same make in the same market, hence dealers providing our system to their consumers are able to leverage this competitive advantage and drive more traffic to their website.

Increased conversion from existing website traffic. Many consumers will not give their contact information just to email, but will if can shop.

By providing a self-serve deal preparation process to their consumers, the dealership automates the most valuable portion of the interaction between itself and its consumers - arranging comfortable vehicle selection and terms for purchase between itself and its consumers.
So here is how Ai-Dealer contracts work:

There is a set up fee (the stuff that makes all of this simple for consumers is actually reasonably complex to set up)

There is NO monthly support fee

The contracts are no fixed term, pay as you go, it is exclusively your data, you may cancel at any time, etc.
Other data processing fees are as follows and apply ONLY to activity processed by the Ai-Sales system (i.e. NOT for your existing showroom volume):
As the legal completion of the sale (offer acceptance, exchange of valid consideration) occurs in your dealership, by your dealership staff, in your legal place of business, or if you choose to offer it, by shipping the vehicle to the consumer, anything not processed by the service incurs no data processing charge.
Quite frequently, we are asked for real world examples on the interpretation of our fee structure. Here are the most common two:

A consumer creates an account, but does not use it to submit an offer. Following up the unsold account, the dealership gets the consumer to come in to the dealership and the consumer takes delivery of a car while there. The data processing charge in this case is only $10. The $250 charge does not apply.

A consumer submits their prepared deal using the Ai-Dealer system, but for some reason never takes delivery of the vehicle. As a matter of goodwill, Ai-Dealer waives its processing fees in these instances as having been ineffective + to guarantee integrity.
